1st and 2nd Block
Today we took the pre-test and then went over our personality assessments. We then reviewed the 5-point Gateway Rubric that will be used to grade their essays this semester. Don't forget to bring poster board if you were one that needed to do that!
3rd Block-
Today we took the pre-test and wrote our first journal.
- "When you come to the end of your rope, tiw a knot and hang on."
- What does this mean in general? To you? Personal experience?
We also went to the Media Center and checked out our first IR book.

Tuesday:
1st & 2nd Block
Today we began by reveiwing the syllabus and the 9 Personality Types and filling our the Student Information Sheet. The syllabus needs to be signed by your parents and returned by Friday, January 7th. The personality Types Essay is due tomorrow at the beginning of class. You can take your personality type quiz at http://www.enneagramcentral.com/OnlineTest/testa.htm to determine your most dominate personality trait.
3rd Block
Today we began by reviewing the class syllabus, filling out the student information sheet and beginning the Who Am I letter. This needs to be completed and turned in tomorrow. Please also remeember to get your parents signature on the classroom syllabus.
